Webify Studio (“we”, “us”) is a digital studio with locations in Gujranwala, Pakistan and Doha, Qatar, serving businesses in the United Kingdom and United States. For any privacy question, email contact@webifystudio.site.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, business email, optional company name, the service you are interested in, optional budget and launch date, and your project details. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share in that message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To keep a record of our conversation while it is relevant.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
At the time of writing this website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent first.
Who else handles your information
Messages sent through the form are delivered to us by email through an email delivery provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that service handles the message under its own terms. Our website is hosted by a hosting provider that processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses, to serve pages.
Where information is processed
We work from Pakistan and Qatar, and our providers may process information in other countries. We take reasonable steps to keep information secure wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as asking to see it, correct it or delete it, or objecting to how it is used. To exercise any of these, email contact@webifystudio.site and we will respond.
